The service

Fade/Away provides temporary burner email addresses and related messaging functionality. Burner addresses are intentionally temporary and may expire, become unavailable, or be deleted according to the product's current limits.

No guarantee of permanent storage

Fade/Away is not intended to serve as permanent email storage, archival storage, or a replacement for a primary email account. Users should not rely on Fade/Away to preserve important or irreplaceable information.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the service and for messages you send through Fade/Away. You agree not to use Fade/Away for spam, fraud, phishing, harassment, impersonation, malware distribution, unlawful activity, or other prohibited conduct described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Service limits

Fade/Away may impose limits on burner creation, concurrent active burners, sending frequency, message size, usage volume, or other service activity. These limits may change as the service evolves and may be enforced to protect users, service providers, and infrastructure from abuse.

Suspension and restriction

Fade/Away may restrict, suspend, or block access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, policy violations, legal obligations, or threats to service reliability.

Availability

Temporary email delivery cannot be guaranteed. Third-party mail systems, spam filters, network outages, service providers, or recipient policies may delay, reject, or prevent delivery.

Changes to the service

Features, limits, availability, pricing, advertising, burner lifetimes, and other aspects of Fade/Away may change as the product develops.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fade/Away is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
