Burner lifespan

Standard burners currently remain active for approximately 24 hours. Once a burner expires, it is no longer intended for continued sending or storage.

Burner limits

The current service has safeguards on concurrent burners and sending activity to protect Fade/Away from spam and automated abuse.

Missing email

Email delivery can occasionally be delayed or rejected by the sender, recipient, spam filtering, or infrastructure providers. Confirm that the burner is still active and that the address was entered correctly.

Privacy requests

Privacy or deletion requests can be submitted through the same contact form. Include enough information for the relevant burner or service data to be identified, but do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Abuse reports

If you believe a Fade/Away address is being used for spam, fraud, harassment, phishing, or other prohibited activity, use the contact form and identify the relevant burner address where possible.
